Samsung LN19B360 19in HDTV
The Samsung LN19B360 HDTV can best be described as the Swiss Army knife of Kitchen TVs. At first glance it looks like any other counter top TV. It sports a bright LCD 19" widescreen with 720p resolution, full remote control and a good selection of rear connections. But looks can be deceiving.
In the normal setting the TV's stand allows the LN19B360 to rest on any available flat surface, such as a counter top. In this mode the screen can tilt up 14° and down 2°. But with the click of a small release button on the back of the stand it can fold a full 90° With the stand now perpendicular to the screen the TV can easily be mounted on a wall with the included wall plate. There is even an additional 10° downward tilt to get a good viewing angle.
But that's not all. The LN19B360 comes with built-in VESA 100x100 mounting holes. Simply remove the stand, attach to a suitable VESA compatible mounting bracket (sold separately) and you have a 'big' screen under cabinet TV.
For ease of installation the LN19B360 comes with an extensive selection of rear connections. You get digital audio out, PC VGA 15pin and audio in, headphone jack, HDMI, antenna in, audio out, AV in, composite in, component in and even a Kensington lock.
If we had to level one criticism it would be the sound volume. For some reason the Samsung engineers decided to point the speakers downward. Most of the time this produces a tinny sound and in a noisy environment it can be difficult to hear, even at full volume. You can hook up some external speakers via the audio out jacks, but a small design change would probably have made this unnecessary.

The high tech design and extensive rear connections should prevent this model from becoming obsolete any time soon.
